ABOUT ME
My mother can cook the best food you ever put in your mouth (without a recipe), decorate a stunning wedding cake, give Joanna Gaines a run for her money in interior design, and sew and craft like Martha Stewart. Why am I bringing up my mother in my "About Me" section, you say? Because her love of all things pretty manifested itself in me at a young age and helped mold me into who I am today. As a beauty vlogger (beau-tuber) and a freelance makeup artist, I enjoy sprinkling a little fairy dust on the faces of the overwhelmed, inexperienced, adventurous, and humble souls who occupy my chair. I have been creating faces for as long as I can remember, but in 2017, I decided to leave the medical field to make this my full time J-O-B! Nothing makes me as happy as making someone else's day, and what better way to do it?! I use only the highest quality products on my clients and I do my best to be as clean and thorough as possible. My experience ranges from the everyday "naturally glowy" look all the way to full drag and prosthetics. I also have experience with all skin types, textures, and tones. Here at Faces of Lace, we offer both traditional HD makeup as well as airbrushing services, tattoo cover, and eyebrow cover/creation and many others which you'll find below. I teach one-on-one lessons, group classes, and I'm available for bachelorette parties and "Girls Night Out" as well! Not only will you have a stunning, flawless look when we finish, but you'll walk away with a full heart, a smile, and something you don't find too often: a lifelong friend. THE KELLEY PROJECT

"The Kelley Project" is a non-profit mission founded in honor of my little sister, Kelley Raye Miller-Herman who lost her battle with a very rare form of cancer called myoepithelioma just one month after turning 23 years old and becoming the wife of her college sweetheart, Zach. Kelley was an inspiring, driven, intelligent, steadfast and BEAUTIFUL young lady with a plan to change the world by becoming Supreme Court Justice and "fixing" everything she saw wrong with the legal system. Kelley committed her short life to helping others in need and doing everything she could to enhance the lives of others around her. After gaining three bachelor's degrees before the age of twenty-two, Kelley went on to obtain her MBA, and in the Fall of 2014 enrolled in law school at Texas A&M University where she was studying when she passed away. After her diagnosis in October of 2014, she lived only four short months before the cancer took her on February 12th, 2015, just two days after my daughter, Birdey was born. On a mission to spread a little light to those in Kelley's situation, I provide FREE makeovers to those with terminal illnesses. "The Bachelorette": $500 (No limit on attendees. Lasts approx. 3-4 hrs)
The soon-to-be Mrs. will decide which look she'd love to master and the artist will use the bride as the model. While the bride enjoys some much needed pampering, everyone else will learn step-by-step how to use their own makeup to recreate the look! Each attendee will receive their own pair of lashes and a tutorial on how to apply them correctly, efficiently, and without anxiety! The artist will also share her most coveted tips, tricks, hacks, and product suggestions. Whether it's a slumber party in PJ's or an afternoon of glamorizing before a night on the town, let's make this a night of life-long inside jokes and legendary memories! -

Airbrushing can cover skin irritation caused by razor burn, blemishes, etc. without putting off that "makeup-y" look. What?! Guys need to look good for photos, too, right?!

Whether he's hung over from the bachelor party, exhausted from working OT to help pay for that "6-carat Harry Winston," or he picked a fight with the bed post last night, he needs help with those dark circles under his eyes! Let's fix that real quick!
*Time frames are recommended to allow for re-do's, corrections per client request, breaks, emergencies, phone calls, texts, etc. It may not always take as long as recommended. I do ask that clients optimize our time together by refraining from using cell phones (unless emergency arises) during makeup application to ensure the fastest possible results.

For those who just never learned how to apply makeup, this one-on-one interactive lesson with the artist is just for you. She'll explain and demonstrate common techniques while applying your makeup, and you'll have the opportunity to ask the questions you've always wanted to ask! You'll gain the knowledge necessary to confidently apply your makeup on your own!

"The Novice"- $100 (In studio and lasts approx. 2 hrs*)
Okay...so you know how to do your own makeup...well, basically. You just need someone to teach you the proper products to use for YOUR skin, why they're important, how to apply them (on YOUR face), and give you suggestions of what products YOU can buy to achieve YOUR desired look. Once we're done, heads will turn!

"The Graduate"- $60/hr (Lasts as long as you need!)
Want the full Elle Woods experience? You'll have the artist all to yourself for as long as you want to serve as your own personal shopping guide! She'll accompany you to the nearest beauty store (or shop online with you, if you prefer) and guide you through products, show you swatches, and give you so many tips and tricks you'll need a scented legal pad and a fuzzy pen to take notes! An Ulta and two different Sephora stores are close to the artist's studio location, as well as TONS of department stores with GLORIOUS cosmetic counters!

"The Clique"- $300 (For groups of 4-6 and lasts as long as host determines)
Want a reason to get all the girls together for fun and laughs? The artist will come to your location and using the host as her model, give a "front of the class" instructional demonstration on the most current beauty trends, techniques, and products while the rest of the class follows along with their own products! BYOB! (Bring Your Own Bag...of makeup!)

"The Sorority"- $500 (For groups of 7-10 and lasts as long as host determines)
This is an evening (or weekend afternoon) full of a girl's favorite things: fun, friends and fabulous faces! The artist will travel to your location and teach you everything you've ever wanted to know about how to do your face! All attendees will follow along as she demonstrates, step-by-step how to achieve a flawless look. This event is also BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag...of makeup!) and everyone will have the opportunity to get the artist's advice on what they really need/don't need in their makeup bag. Each guest will receive a pair of false lashes and Lacey will give instruction on how to apply them as well as tips, tricks, shortcuts, and beauty hacks that will save you time, money, and stress!
